Further information about processing is provided in the FamilyGuard Privacy Policy in the “Legal information” section.

3 Limits of consent
3.1. These forms do not contain consent to advertising mailings, optional advertising profiling, publication of family materials to an unrestricted audience, or biometric identification. If such a use case is introduced, the necessary independent ground and confirmation provided for by law are obtained.
3.2. Consent is not a waiver of the data subject’s rights and does not release the Operator from its obligations. It does not authorize unlawful recording, linking other people’s devices, or intrusion into third parties’ private lives.
3.3. The forms are intended for processing for which applicable law permits a verifiable electronic form without requiring a written form bearing a signature. If the law requires written consent for a particular category or operation, a checkbox in the interface is insufficient: the form provided for by law is used.
3.4. Information about the Operator, recipients, periods, and the specific data subject is provided before the relevant form is confirmed. The Operator retains evidence of obtaining consent and of its content to the extent necessary to fulfill its statutory obligations.
